Warranty

The manufacturer guarantees and declares that all manufactured devices (hereinafter "product(s)") are in conformity to the technical documentation and are free from defects in material and workmanship provided that the transportation and storage conditions, installation rules and operating conditions are met by the customer.

The warranty period is 12 (twelve) months from the date of the device installation.

A storage period of up to 12 (twelve) months is not included in the warranty period. The warranty period is reduced if the device storage time is longer than the period specified above.

The warranties cover:

  • manufacturing defects;
  • defects resulting from manufacturer’s design errors.

The warranties exclude:

  • damages caused during transportation;
  • defects resulting from the incorrect installation of the device;
  • defects after repairs or modifications carried out by the customer or third parties not authorized by the manufacturer.

 

Our Warranty Service

In case of a non conformance to the technical documentation or a failure during the warranty period, the manufacturer will, in its sole discretion, repair or replace the product with either a new or reconditioned product. The repaired or replaced product will be delivered to the customer after receipt of the returned product with a non-conformance or failure report. The replacement product is under the same warranty and is subject to the same limitations and exclusions. The warranty period for the replacement product is not extended.

A non-conformance report (defect report, failure report) should include the following information:

  • device model number, serial number;
  • hours of operation, storage time (if the unit was not in operation);
  • operating mode;
  • description of non-conformance or failure.

In-warranty repair or replacement are made by the manufacturer provided that the product was correctly installed and the operation conditions were met.
